Howdy all:
New to the forum. FLTRI aka Dan referred me over.
I've been a cruiser rider for years learning on my dad's '85 ZL900 Eliminator. My first bike was an '01 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic, then a '06 Suzuki M109R, and now a '06 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic. In November '06 I made the jump to sport bikes and picked up an '07 Kawasaki ZX-14 Ninja as well. I know it's against the rules to some to own both rice burners and Harleys, but I went to the school that believes in the idea that if it's on two wheels and is motorized, than it is a piece of moving art to be loved... and ridden.
A little more about me; I'm 35, married, we have a young daughter, I work as a lawyer in my own law firm in Las Vegas. My wife doesn't drive bikes, but she likes to tour with me on our Harley as a passenger. We've done a few trips around the Southwestern US. This year, in fact, we have plans to ride the Harley to Sturgis this year for our first rally!
I've had some of the more "classic" mods done on my FLHTCUI. Stage 2 kit, screamin eagle 6 speed tranny, Reinhart pipes... and a monster Harley air horn to keep those cagers off of me. LOL. She really scoots along well with both me and wife on board.
Anyway, that's about it for now.
