I went to the San Antonio Zoo yesterday.

"What does this have to do with Mississippi," you ask yourself?




Kyle will finish his Tech School in San Antonio on August 3, and is scheduled to be stationed at Keesler AFB. He got the word on that last Friday.

Just thought I'd tell you that.

Keesler is an outstanding duty assignment! Very happy for Kyle :D

I enjoyed my "second tour" of duty at Keesler much more than my first.....the first as a student and the second when they moved me to the old 3395th Instructor Sqdn. Permanent party duty on an ATC base is pretty much a gravy assignment. Kyle will enjoy it.

I never corrected this after his order change.

He ended up being selected to the Presidential Guard and is stationed at Andrews AFB in Maryland.

SlowHound gets to babysit him instead of kd5cqt.

He learned how to shovel snow in the last couple of weeks.
