I've been on a BMW board lately learning about my new-to-me German machine. While cruising through the tech section, I took a detour around the new member introductions. A new member from South Africa introduced himself, and apologized for his English skills (which were quite good, actually). He ended his post with a phrase that I found kind of profound,

"Feet on the pegs and bum in the saddle. May your mirrors never touch ground."
