Sadly, were it possible for me to ride right now, I fear taht the possiblity of having their (the other insurance lawyers) detectives following me around with a video camera to prove I really wasn't hurt taht bad and didn't have a case or something absurd like that...thus I am rideless and not seeing any prospects for one for some time....DAMMIT!

Yep, removed a bunch of that red crap from inside my Ultra's fairing last weekend...got caught in a severe dust storm a year ago in NM/AZ/UT area...the entire inside was coated with red grit...I should have vacuumed it, bagged it and sent it back....shameful to steal the good earth from that part of the country...

Lost a transformer at the end of the street and gained a couple of garbage cans. A branch or two down, nothing major.

Morning y'all! it's a bit warmer this morning ay 52. We set a new record for the date yesterday. It only got to 69. The record lowest high temp was 71 set in 1940. (damned global warming) Anyway, the winds have calmed down to 7-10 mph and we should see 75 today.

I have the rain scheduled for 7:00 PM tonight until 5:00 AM tomorrow morning so that it won't affect our riding.

Mornin yawl, had to detour around a large wreck this morning on four lane on the way to work. Haven't heard how severe yet, but police and HP had the road blocked with traffic backed up around a half a mile or so. I took off on a country road to avoid the traffic snarl and added 3 miles to my drive. I could see the traffic still backed up as I got around everything, I'll bet there were some really hacked off folks this mornin on their commute.:HaHaHa:

Rode into Oklahoma yesterday afternoon, the wind was blowing around 30 mph. It was a fine ride coming home with that breeze behind us. Nice day, it topped out around 80 yesterday. First warmer than sixties day we've had. Woo Hoo

I have a little over 12,000 on the rear tire and I could probably stretch it a little farther but Junction is coming up. The best I got out of any tire on the rear before the E3 was 7,000 and that one was stretched too far. The front tire actually has 27,000 and some change on it. I got my money's worth out of it.
