I realy want to start reloading my own ammo. Save $ after the intial start up costs of course.
I'll need to do
.30
30-30
.45acp
.45 long
9mm
7.65's
and a few others.
So what type reloader should I buy?

I'm interested to see where this goes as someday I'd like to do my own as well......
For handgun rounds, I truly believe nothing beats a Dillion Progressive....
If you load rifle rounds with a ball or short stick powder then you can use the Dillion also...if you use long stick/pencil lead powders then I measured every load...
For Rifle, I used a Lee Single Stage Press to size the brass, then put them through the Dillion to automate the rest of the process..
Hint with stick rifle powders....I used a once fired case with a heavy paper clip soldered to it for dripping my powder charge...I cut the case down to the length needed to get me real close to actual charge and then trickled the last few grains...by using the correct rifle caliber case, it was easy to grab the correct charge scoop...

Also with rifle caliber, you have to decide if you will full length or neck size...if you fire a 30-30 in only one rifle and it is not an autoloader, then yo can neck size for the most part....sometime you must full length size to get the shoulder length back in specs...
Not sure about saving $$$ as I shot more when I was actively reloading....but I got the satifaction out of seeing my loads perform as well or better than factory...kinda like working on the scooter....

Desided to go with the Redding T-7.
I has a much better design and the truness of the over all bullet is much better when done.
I figure a good set up will cost me 500.00
