They snuck this through in record time and the motorcycle community had little time to respond. ABATE had under a week to lobby lawmakers and only succeeded in getting the law to somewhat include all vehicles. The law will likely not survive a court challenge however. The State Supreme Court has already struck down motor vehicle seizure laws on due process grounds.

Probably charge you a heafty fine and then release it to you.

I have heard that in some states they are seizing cars used in street racing and crushing them!!!!

Maybe they should do that to some of the idiots out there doing stunts on their bikes on public streets.
