going to get it to go along with my ruger 357.

Goto ammo manufacturers and ammo forums and check the current loads for a 380....I haven't owned a 380 in years as they didn't have much punch....I haven't check ammo specs in a while so I could be totally off base....but I saw several shootings with 25, 32, 380s that were stopped by heavy clothing or in one case did a ring around the skull...entering on one side and followed the skull around under the skin and stopped on the other side, never penetrating bone...

A 380 is better than a handful of rocks, but I went to a 40 after some of those crime scenes...

Not to rain on your parade, but also look at small 40s and 9s...

Ruger makes a fine handgun...besides my old 6" bbl Colt Python (silky trigger), my old 4" bbl SS Security Six was my next favorite...my oldest daughter took that one with her when she left home...kids seem to be like that....especially female offspring...

Nice piece, Ben. I have a .357 Ruger Speed Six in stainless. My daily carry is a S&W 642, but I'd like to pick up a Sig P232 also.

I'm thinking about carrying an old S&W .35 or an old browning HP 9mm myself.
Both all steel and made to last. Just me, can't hang with fiberglass/nylon parts.

Nice little gun, Ben. From the specs, it looks to be even more compact than the .380 I just bought. Sometimes, "small" is what you need. Better to have a .380 in your pocket than a .357 left on the nightstand at home because you had no way to conceal it that day.

That is how I was thinking.

or bagger

He's working on that.

He can't have a gun though. He might get mad and shoot me.
