Cuz I am a damn fool...but I want out of this valley...wife went north to oldest daughter's house...took my mother to doc today and she doesn't have to restart chemo yet...still holding our breath...

A fellow biker is having his birthday party in Tombstone, AZ...so off I go at 6AM Friday...now the stupid part...there is a 4K foot pass between me and the LA-LA-land freeways...the Meteorologist on a local station predicting 17*F at daybreak at the top of the pass....OFFICIAL NWS says:

Mostly clear, with a low around 28. East northeast wind between 15 and 17 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Either way even 28* with a 17-21mph gust is going to be REAL COLD on that naked Hammer...adding my 70mph to it...

Yeah, yeah...a Kalifornicator whiner....but dang it is s'pose to be at least above freezing around these parts...I think LB caused this crap...

If it isn't foggy in the morning I am gone for a couple three day...don't have to go back to work until Tuesday and wife is out of town...so who knows...but one way or the other, I am out of here.........

Yep, got the camera in the charger...so if I don't pull a DNM, I will have a camera and take some pics...now if the pics are blurry then I am still trying to thraw them out....

I lived in North Dakota and Ohio in my younger days...snowmobiles and shoveling snow was fine...even installed an 8 track player in my car on January 1971 morning in North Dakota in jeans and a t-shirt cuz we were having a heat wave and it was over 0*.....but those were young and dumb days...these are OLD and DUMB days....
