You know, this sounds like a good excuse for a party Saturday night.
This is a celebratory party - Not to be confused with celibate parties.
None of those kinds of people will be there.
little late .... but happy b day honey ! have a good one !

It was neat.
Jenny had about 60 or so friends there. Leadbelly invited his one friend, but the dude was unable to come.

Jimmy doesn't get the music credit he should.
that is for sure....he was in toronto in the early 70's and we backed him with my band...in the 60's I learned to play guitar from his records...the stones/beatles stole from him big time.....
he played at a middle of the road R & B club here in toronto...at the time he was on his downhill skid..he came into town with a suitcase and his gibson/and marine band blues harps..
no band no amp no nothing...the club that booked him provided us as back up...funny we met for a rehearsal and he said i hope you ofays can play as i just call em out and you follow...no practice..
nite after nite he showed up with his ever present huge tumbler of vodka and oj....by the end of the week we were bang on...it was one of my favorite gigs ever...(it brought all the real blues fans)...johnny winter was in town and came in played a few tunes as well...wow those were the days man..

I envy you,you were living my dream.
I met a guy that works for the same co. I do , that opened for the MC/5, and John Lennon, even smoked a J with John.
I just want to be a guitar player in a blues/rock band. :nanaguitar:
