Jim and Patty arrived a few hours ago and we are partaking of a few libations and cooking dinner on the grill. Local restaurants are packed with waiting lines so it is home cooking for tonight. All is weel with the travelers except for the last 20 miles or so that had to happen in the rain. Bikes are in the garage, cleaned, dryed, and appropriatly pampered. More later.

No rain today, but we headed out in the cage (I'm still bikeless) and did a tour of the Gulf Coast- Post Katrina. Been back at the house for a bit now searching for a tire gauge. Tonight I am going to whip up some Cajun Crab meat Po-Boy sandwiches, and then we will work over what is left of the beer supply.

Oh good. . .I can't believe y'all got rained on again! I guess it's official now. . .it ain't me! :D

I guess it is not an official trip if we don't get wet.

No rain today, but we headed out in the cage (I'm still bikeless) and did a tour of the Gulf Coast- Post Katrina. Been back at the house for a bit now searching for a tire gauge. Tonight I am going to whip up some Cajun Crab meat Po-Boy sandwiches, and then we will work over what is left of the beer supply.

It's cooking but we're almost out of beer. The Crown is flowing freeely.
