Check this story out. Cops down here in my local area bust a bunch of illegals and the ACLU comes unglued. It doesn't seem to matter that Immigration cops were also present and backing Pascagoula PD (not mentioned in the story).

Please also note that the employer that brought these clowns into the US were getting away with not deducting FICA or Fed Taxes. I wonder how long they have been or will get away with that.

sounds like both the laborers and the company that contracted them are the ones to blame here. they had H2B temporary visas to work for a specific company. if the ACLU wants to go after anyone they need to go after the hireing company not the police doing their jobs. those visas only allow a worker to work for the company they contract with. they cannot be migrants which makes them in violation therefore illegal.

Damb when will these people realise that they are breaking the LAW! And that it the cops jobs to arrest them for it!

I have NO problem with people moving here, but they need to do it legally and quit b_tching about it when they get caught trying to cheat there way in.

We are having a garage built on the property we jst bought and my husband has already warned the contractor that He's gonna be out there checkin papers any one who doesn't have them is going to be told to leave and he'll report the company.

People NEED to start taking responcibility for doing thier part as long as we are letting companies get away with hiring illigals then we are part of the problem.

Foxy, everyone knows what's up, but it is the politicians that are the problem. If it wsn't for them, none of these clowns would be here in the first place.

Foxy, everyone knows what's up, but it is the politicians that are the problem. If it wsn't for them, none of these clowns would be here in the first place.

They are a BIG part of the problem for sure, but if EVERYONE stepped up to the plate and quit hiring these people or companies who hire them (you know-walk the walk) then maybe we would acomplish more.

The mantra is constantly being brought forth that these people are only taking the jobs that Amaericans do not want. Well, how many ways can you spell bullshit? These folks in question were specifically brought in to work in a shipyard doing normal shipyard work but for less money than the Amaericans were willing to do the same work for. After Katrina, we were flooded with Hispanics offering themselves for hire to do carpentry, roofing, painting, brickwork, etc. Typical jobs that no Americans want to do. Now we have more Mexicans than we do Mississippians.

My solution is to lock the borders, toss out the criminals as we find them and make the rest legal (or toss them out if they have a problem with that). The employers will either help make them legal or get the crap fined out of them.

Let them who will be declared legal at least learn English before they are allowed to go on welfare!

Just heard this AM on the news that there is at lest one city, probably a no hassel the illegal zone, that is advocating issuing illegal immigrant ID cards so they can have easier access to public services such as health care, welfare, etc. Once the taxes go up there, I wonder how many of those idiot pols who came up with this idea will still be in office.
