Just read this in the local paper yesterday...front page stuff. It seems that a couple in their mid-fifties were struck by a pickup truck on US Hwy 49 in Gulfport, MS, 2 days ago, and they were killed. The driver of the bike stayed with the bike, and his wife was thrown some 30 feet. The driver was turning left across two lanes of oncoming traffic and "did not see" the bike even though their son was following just behind them in his truck.
Now it gets better: The driver of the truck fled the scene on foot but was soon apprehended. It seems this gentleman is an illegal hispanic immigrant (surprise- surprise), has no driver's license, no insurance, was driving with no current registration on the vehicle, and had 2 prior arrests. He is being held for fleeing the scene of an accident. BSBSBSBSBS. This guy will end up being shipped back to Mexico in a few weeks and will be back here driving our roads 2 weeks after that. Dammit, can't the pols see that they are opening the gates for more of this? I am fairly certain that these non-citizen types cannot even legally buy car insurance (checking on that now).
Needless to say I am sensitive to people who turn into oncoming trraffic and fail to see an oncoming motorcycle and cause damage. At least the one who creamed me had insurance and was a legal citizen.

I won't. Let's do some offending. That is just plain wrong on ALL accounts.
Illegal alien. Illegal alien driving. Illegal alien driving unregistered vehicle. Illegal alien "not seeing" a motorcycle. Illegal alien running from the scene. The young man seeing his parents die because of some Illegal alien breaking several laws.
